Nia | Kate Finlayson
Nia is an expressive, low impact, cardio class that blends simple dance moves with martial arts and healing arts, providing a whole body workout for your mind, body and spirit. Nia conditions the body through the five sensations of flexibility, agility, mobility, strength, and stability. Generally practiced barefoot to rich, eclectic music, Nia is adaptable and safe for all fitness levels and ages. Most of all, Nia is empowering, exhilarating and fun!
