Living Traditions - Body Prayer | Glenna Batson
This class is a slow, meditative form of body prayer, designed to connect body and mind with things universal and sacred. The approach is non-denominational. Both inspiration and music will draw from multiple spiritual traditions - Judeo-Christian, Buddhist, Muslim, Celtic, Taoist, Native American, and reverence for nature. The movements are simple enough for anyone to participate. Everyday gestures become sacred when we open the body and channel the spirit. Moving together, we’ll create a reflective space where common pedestrian actions take on a deeper meaning -- however and wherever that meaning arises. Come join me in making every moment, momentous. Please check the JOM schedule for class times. Currently online classes only.
Fee: $10 per class or love offerings
